Had a casual dinner at Panca, a Peruvian restaurant that I had bookmarked ages ago but finally had a chance to step foot in. Nice little jewel in the West Village. Love the atmosphere here. The food was ok!!! We had the ceviche which I loved and The skirt steak was tastes less, the Service not so good.
