Very excellent evening. We made reservations in advance with specific instructions for outside dining. We were notified in advance that our time slot needed to be adjusted before the day of our reservation. When we got there we were greeted promptly but were informed our table wasn't ready. I was somewhat disappointed in this trip to Portico. What normally is a wonderful experience was a let down. It was cold out and while I made a reservation in the heated tented section, a made it under the assumption that our table would be kept comfortably warm.
