Unfortunately, one has to assume that the Riviera Nayarit has not yet made a name for itself. The average reviews are just 2.

"Amazing sandwiches. Perfect sourdough, not too thick. Great sauce. Excellent meat to veggie ratio. I wish I lived closer so I could eat here once a week. This may be the best in the South Bay. Everything on point and so simple to order food here. Great service too, everyone was super nice even though the lunch rush was busy. I will definitely come back when I am in Milpitas again."

"Came in on Saturday ~12pm. Plenty of seats and parking was fine.Ive seen this place for like 15/20 years and always smelled it in the car while driving past.. But I never actually had it until now. Most of the time if im craving com tam, i get it from a pho place since SJ is a pain to drive to just for foodI ordered the #7 and in short, it was really good. The egg cake, shrimp cake and sugarcane was bomb, but the shrimp was somehow even better, grilled perfectly and super juicy. I dont even really like shrimp that much lolThe beef ribs were alright, probably the least important part of the meal tbhThe portion is pretty massive which is right considering the cost. Its also a little salty but all good!A 20 year old dream to come here finally fulfilled.. And it lived up to the smell"
