"Accueil tout à fait correct à notre arrivée. Mais le ton a vite changé lorsque nous avons signalé que la fondue commandée était "immangeable". Notre plat a fait un tour en cuisine pour revenir aussi mauvais avec un vulgaire complément "d'emmental" et en nous disant "je ne peux rien faire de plus". Nous qui salivions de ce plat à l'avance... Il n'est pas mangé et est ensuite débarrassé froidement de table. Au moment de payer la note, aucun échange ne se fait avec le personnel et nous payons plein pot.Restaurant à éviter."

"They usually do 2 sittings. We arrived at 7pm, by 7.30pm it was full. A lot is done on the fire, the food is wonderful, their bread also v good. We ate really well, do try the snails if on offer done not in shells but puff pastry cases that look like shells. Could not fault anything. Sadly we tried a different restaurant another evening, should have gone back here."

"1 semi gourmet meal of very good outfit at 16€, glasses of wine at 3€ ... think to book !1 service a little left because we are in a training center. students are very well supervised by benevolent teachers who love their students, it is seen and pleased to see. "Food and service was excellent, we dined here on a number of occasions and would highly recommend. Staff were always friendly and welcoming, lovely atmosphere and food. Also great for a quiet drink on the side of a blue run past Plagne village to Plagne centre."

"Booked in advance as we were a party of 16. All fine on the phone, reservation made no problem. When we arrived, we'd been split up (half on a table upstairs, half on a table downstairs) as they'd received more bookings since I phoned and they'd split us up so they could fit more tables in.... Not a good start. Waiter was very friendly and helpful (owner considerably less so on the subject of the reservation) and most of the food was tasty and well cooked. However, my husband and I ordered the cote de boeuf for 2 (medium to rare) and when it turned up it was pretty much inedible - over cooked to the point of no return and a really chewy piece of meat. We complained and were told that it had been rare when it had left the kitchen (it must have taken a detour via Australia before it reached our table) and that we'd eaten it all (we only managed to choke down half and then sent the rest back) so it must have been fine and we were clearly complaining about nothing. Customer service is not something that the owner of this restaurant understands. After much arguing, it was begrudgingly agreed that we would only have to pay half the cost of the beef. I would not go back."
