"For a chain restaurant, I was very impressed with the food, service and patio. We had a group and 6, and all of our meals were delicious, and incredibly large. The meals come with 2 sides each, instead of just 1, and the plates are stacked with food. It was nice to be able to have both a salad, and fries included with my meal. Gravy was provided free of charge with the fries , and they were exceptional. I had a beef dip, with tender and tasty roast beef. We had a teenage boy with us, and he was even full when we left, which is no small feat! They also have a lovely glassed in patio, and we enjoyed sitting outside as we ate our dinner. The service was exceptional. Thank you for the food and service we’ll be back!"

"Servers were standing around chatting with one another while we waited over 1 hour for drink refills and food hadn't even come yet. The Staff were getting food and eating in the bar before we even got our meals after an hour before ordering. One of us was also drinking a Virgin Caeser and they gave him one with alcohol. Extremely poor service, waitresses on lounge side would never come check on us had to yell from our booth over to the bar to even get a refill on a drink. Kept promising our food was coming but it didn't. Servers and bartender on their phones and talking with one another was more important than the guests. Multiple other guests around us had to send food back as they didn't listen to allergy issues, no drink refills etc.Will not be eating here again. It's too bad as the place is dead with traffic and they have every opportunity to be doing better and they choose not too.Food was also Awful and had to send it back when we finally did get it.The only good server in this restaurant is Trista she was working BOTH the dining and lounge side, we weren't even her table and she was the only one to constantly check on us and try to make things better."

"It was fine. BREAKFAST POUTINE was something i probably wont order again, potatoes were crunchy and the sauce was really bland. the SWEET CREAM COLD BREW was good, pricy but decent. and the NEW YORK STYLE CHEESECAKE is always a favourite of mine."
