"Definitely the best café in Albany. The service and staff are excellent, atmosphere lovely, the location allows for easy parking.Food items, including breakfast, burgers, wraps, chips and vegetarian options are delicious.The coffee is good, chai in a pot is very good and the cakes are incredibly delicious!Serving sizes range from adequate to very generous depending on what you order, the menu is clear and adaptable.Meals and drinks come out fast even when the restaurant appears full or busy. You may need to wait for a table if full, but in my opinion, it is worth the wait.Highly recommended :"

"Love breakfast at Kates Place and a sneaky late afternoon snack. The relaxed and casual atmosphere is always welcoming.Enjoy going here because they stay open until 6pm when a lot of local coffee places have already closed. recommend"

"Great coffee and really nice apricot muffin. My friend enjoyed her savoury muffin served with butter and pickles. Gets noisy in the little rooms if other people are in there. Service could be more welcoming and friendly."

"Such an amazing place. We went there twice on the same long weekend for dinner and considering that it was 3 of us, 6 different dishes and all were so good!! <br/>The curry is out of this world, the pulled pork was super good, the pasta with mussels was amazing... the squid was very tasty... the prices are acceptable considering the great flavours and variety. <br/>The service is good and food comes out quickly. This is despite the many tables busy and is such a large place!<br/>One of the few places I have visited: good food, good service and good value!"

"Excellent value and location. Good meals, excellent breakfast in the bar and friendly capable staff. Clean with basic facilities. Room is very small but functional with fridge and TV. Close to theatres and bars. Tea, coffee kettle and toaster in small communial kitchen. Good hot showers. There is live music most weekends, so don't expect a quiet sleep before 11pm, earplugs provided! Not a negative for us, nice to hear live music."

"Love this cafe. Generous portions. Great food. I love Cosis Café. Simple as that. Great food and service, generous portions and hey they choose the smart move to open on public holidays. So they get all the businesses cos most restaurants and cafes choose not to open.<br/ <br/ We had breakfast here and it was definitely buzzing with hungry tourists. We ordered Aussie breakfast (be warned: HUGE portions , pancakes with mixed berries (Yummy! and toasted sandwich with bacon and eggs (lots of lots of bacon . We also had great coffees that came with mini choc teddy bear, so cute...and OJ.<br/ <br/ Price was normal I guess. Everything is expensive in Perth after all.<br/ <br/ Do come here for a bite. The café was very cosi."
