"Had a problem with half our order not coming to us tried to call let them know it was a re order they refused to make it sent our dasher away. and when i finally got someone on the phone they hung up on us because people in the background were yelling i moved to a different room tried to be as calm as possible and explain the situation she kept talking over me and then yelled if i’m not going to let her talk then she is leaving and hung up on me"

"The food is good, and lots of it. The staff is clueless sometimes. That may be because they would rather stand around by the register talking to each other rather than pay attention to what needs to be paid for rather than ringing up 6 meals on a 3person ticket. Once you correct them, you get questioned, oh, they aren 't with you? Two things come to mind, 1) why wouldyou think they were, and 2) I just told you they weren 't...(so again back to #1) Anyway, aside from some simple space cadetminds (most are fast, efficient, and friendly), you get a lot of food that tastes pretty darn good. If it does taste bad, it 'sprobably your fault since the food is made with what you want in/on it."
