"My family came to a frying dinner, booked this afternoon on a laune. it was amazing. really nice eating, very plentiful. we had our young daughters with us and although the menu was not for small people, she shared us and we all had a lot, and after she accidentally knocked her drink over her was immediately replaced and helped workers clean up. the personal drew face with my daughter and very courteous and friendly. the view of the garden is beautiful."

"Booked for Christmas lunch over a month ago for 11 of us following a nice meal there. A couple of my party changed their mind on the pre order ... This wasnt a problem and it was clear that the staff team wanted everything to be perfect for my familys meal. Each course was delicious, especially the roast turkey that most of us had that was cooked to perfection and plentiful. The place was full so i cant thank the Greyhound enough for making our afternoon a memorable one. Sophie served us throughout and made sure we had everything we needed such as extra gravy, drinks, colouring for the kids."

"Really lovely family restaurant and pub. Service is outstanding and the staff are so friendly and attentive, nothing is too much trouble! Beautiful country style decor and cosy atmosphere with a fab selection of food and drink to pick from off their menus at a really reasonable price! The food is absolutely stunning and creatively presented. Would highly recommend and will be returning in the future for more beautiful meals!"

"Tonight for a family dinner. it was our first visit to the bluebell and we really had a nice evening. the dining room was comfortable with a good atmosphere. eating is amazing and cheap. the service was so good, all employees extremely pleasant and helpful. we all had a great night and agreed that we would definitely return."

"Very disappointed when shown to our table a sign on it read reserved at 10.30 sorry for any inconvenience caused not the best welcome being made to feel like an inconvenience. Very poor service told unlimited tea and coffee was included. In the hour and a half we were there for our sparkling breakfast not once were we asked if everything was OK nor were we offered further drinks we had to ask for them and then wait a further 15 minutes to get 2 cups of tea. Prosecco was given to us in unopened bottles no offer to open it for us. Cheap supermarket bread was used breakfast nothing special, very dry and bland. Frustrated by being ignored even had to ask for a napkin none on the table and only one brought out not even one each. we were not even asked when leaving if everything had been alright or if we d enjoyed it they probably realised their service was poor. This was a birthday gift which I was looking forward to but have been left feeling upset and disgruntled. Would definitely not recommend going here"
