"Even though this place is on our doorstep I've never visited before recently, possibly because it is located on A6. I have now been twice in two days. Well placed for a walk up onto Cromford Moor. Lots of lovely homemade cakes, simple but well done snack menu. I had the ginger and lime cheesecake, the parsnip soup was lovely and the children loved their hot chocolates and bacon butties. Good quality coffee too. Very friendly staff and a roaring fire. Will definitely make this a regular thing."
