"So disappointed! Took my elderly mother in law as a treat after recently loosing her husband. On arrival the entrance steps covered in cigarette buts and litter. Waited for 40 minutes and was ignored by all staff so we left! Service was the worst ever. We literally sat with 3 empty tea cups for 40 minutes looking at a drunk man who was asleep with his head on the table fro a wedding the previous evening. Go somewhere else and don’t waste your money"
