"Walked in tonight wanting a burrito and a bowl. Family of 6 ahead of us and it took over ten minutes for the employees to take their order. There were 8 staff members behind the counter messing around with each other and zero desire to move the line along. We finally walked out after 15 min in line because the family ahead still did not have one completed order and the employees were laughing about losing customers as we left. Some of the staff looked 12 years old. Highly disorganized and a massive waste of time."

"Two bad experiences at this chipotle. they leave their online order option if the restaurant no longer online order. I waited for 30 min for an online order I had already paid for when it said it would be ready for picking up when I arrived. when I was there, there were no bowls, chips or pockets. I asked for double guac on the side and they put 2x guac in my burrito. At 20:30 a.m., the employees also said that they could not believe that they could get through the line, then we said 're closing around 9 a.m., no matter what, but not closed the door to keep the people waiting for ~30 minutes, although the workers were 't planning on the new people in the line. so note: the charging hours say they wouldn't close at 10 o'clock at 21 o'clock. I finally get the hot salsa each time. there was no quality control this time and it was completely nuclear. it was literally unpleasant to eat my burrito, who should be a bowl, but they will remember they had no bowls."

"I stopped in here hoping they would have a vegetarian menu as I love Mexican food and had an hour gap in my schedule. I was delighted to find vegetarian options for all my favorites and they were stuffed with veggies! They were not busy at all, I had stopped in between lunch and dinner. The food came out fast and hot and was great! The chips were also really good, not oily or salty. My waitress declared herself newbie and did a great job."

"Food is decent. Management is shady here. Don’t recommend to others with how a situation was dealt with. Went for a birthday dinner and the table was asked if they wanted birthday shots “on the house” and how many we needed. We received the bill and each shot was $9. We asked for a manager and he was extremely rude and stated “as servers it’s their job to sell.” This is shady business. Be up front and don’t sell something as “on the house.”"
