"Let’s put this straight up:DO NOT COME HERE! Waste of of time and most importantly waste of money. Came here with my best friend to play some games as they advertise themselves as an arcade. However, they only have about 8 arcade games. Several games just don’t work and took out money. The ONLY good thing about this place were the bartenders. They attended to our needs and even have us sample new drink ideas they had. The owner deserves to be removed as they have so much potential but it is being wasted. Have the owner read a leadership book because this place is trash at this current state. I wish the bartenders the best of luck. oh and before I forget the the DJ was solid! Great music but wow what a let down of an arcade."

"Normally, I'm always happy with Lululemon's customer service, but this particular location is a completely other story. The manager told me they couldn't find the item when I went to this store to pick up something I had altered. She refused to give me a refund when I requested for one, saying that I had probably already taken the item, but I had only received the email the day before reminding me to pick it up. After her trying to blame it on me, she gave me store credit. It was all fine until I returned a week later to select the apparel, the same manager approached me and informed me that I could only select one item. The item they lost was around $140. Nothing in store I didn't own was around the same price. I eventually picked out an item but I lost $40! Arcadia lululemon should do better. Blaming a customer when YOU lost their item isn't right, you should be apologizing. I would never come back here again after this terrible experience."
