"Very poor service as drinks were ordered on arrival but didn’t arrive. No/one came to take order. We ended up going up to bar even though restaurant was quiet. We witnessed unprofessional behaviour from kitchen where we were sitting near. Manageress did try to redress situation but staff let her down."

"As a family we attended the Holly Tree for a nice lunch on Friday the 9th of February. We were happy with the meal and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. However we did leave promptly as the chef was very unhappy with a member of staff which resulted in a full- blown argument with foul language which we found Very unprofessional. Especially as we had young children. This resulted in us feeling uncomfortable."
