"WOOHOO!!!! Great place! Don't go over here! Your taste buds and stomach WILL regret it! I lived my whole life here and never had been. Should be earlier. Hubby took me for a birthday dinner. OMGosh-FABULOUS.... AWESOME.... BOOK!!!!. Friends had recommended Vinnies and it was all they said it was and more. The mood of community and friends was everywhere. It was New York's old school after my friend who's a Carolina transplant over Queens. Ernst Colby was enthusiastic about his attention and knowledge about the menu and the elements. Appreciate everyone and YES they sang Happy Birthday to me!! Please do yourself a favor, stop by.... enjoy the great energy and wonderful food. Your mouth will have a party. We ordered Lasagna and Auberginen parm-yummy. I forgot to take a picture until I finished the free birthday cheesecake. Haha! creamy delicious! Treat yourself! Enjoy a cocktail or a glass of wine! I even bought a tea!!! Have fun and often go!!! It was really a great culinary experience!!!"

"Placed an order online. Order went out to the last address where we had ordered from, husband had put in our home address however it did t same the address so they tried to delivered the pizza to the other address. When the driver called to ask about the address my husband told him about the mistake that he had made and the driver said in a very rude tone thanks for letting me know. My husband was on hold with customer service at time to fix the mistake. I then called the store where the order went to and explain to the person who answered the phone that the order was placed to them by mistake, and that the driver was very rude. He said nothing. I then asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager then I said again how rude the driver was to he said he sorry that happened and said have a good night and hung up. I don’t know how old either one of these individual are but they need a lesson in customer service. Very disappointed in the staff."
