"The Stanley Beer Hall concept is something I wish I saw more of at home in Cincinnati. You check in at the front desk and open a tab. The staff provides you a card to use during your visit to then use when you pour your own beer. You can get as much or as little of a taste as you want. It's like a buffet of beer!Add to that some really good food. My wife loves pork green chili and found that theirs was spot on. Pork shoulder, Monterey jack, sour cream, cilantro, served with flour tortillas $13). It had the right level of spice and plenty of chunks of pork.I enjoyed the B.L.A.T. with candied bacon, lettuce, avocado, tomato, and mayo on brioche $16 with a side). The candied bacon was perfectly cooked and I loved the addition of avocado to the sandwich. The only thing I should have done was added green chili to my tots for an extra few bucks.My only complaint would be that the prices are a little high, especially considering that you are often your own server. But overall a great experience."

"I finally got to try this brewery after keeping it in mind for several months. Unfortunately I live on the opposite end of town and it is a bit of a trek. While I was there Allan was incredibly accommodating and friendly. He gave me recommendations followed by plenty of tastes when I told him I was eager to try but didn't have many opportunities. All of the beers were excellent and I ended up getting some extra crowlers just because I enjoyed so many of the different beers. Definitely a great brewery."

"I've been coming to Launch Pad since 2018 (before the expansion) and they've always had the most solid lineup of brews I've tasted, not only in Denver, but Colorado as a whole! From their IPAs, to their Belgian strong ales to their very well known Soyuz stouts, you can find something for anyone. Dog friendly and enjoyable atmosphere, this has and will continue to be my favorite brewery in this state. Grab a crowler or two on the way out!"
