"We quite liked to place. Liked the music playing and sky sports on. Seemed quite chilled and family and dog friendly. Big disappointment was the food. My pizza was poor. The base tasted bland and there was little to recommend about the topping. The cheese was very rubbery. Overall it felt very cheap and poor quality."

"I felt the need to write a review on here as many are years old from when the venue was run by different people under a different name. The new experience is truly awesome it's stylish and sophisticated, there's incredible food, intimate live music events, beautiful paintings and a vibrant staff team who truly go the extra mile. What the new owners have created is a unique vibe and cosiness that has brought something totally fresh and exciting for the area."

"Lovely place, but our request when booking, for a table with a view of the countryside for our friendsm was not fulfilled. Unfortunately the weather became too cool to enjoy a drink on the patio outside, and there seemed to be no patio heaters, as at some venues. However, enjoyed the meal tremendously, and would book again."

"Don’t even know what to say, I feel so lucky this place is on my doorstep. Amazing, friendly and welcoming staff, amazing and attentive service, a m a z ing quality drinks! … OH, and the best pizzas I’ve had locally by far, by young James who is extremely passionate about his food for such a young age, he is so professional, they and he should be proud! Pizzas and Pornstars (the cocktail! in my local village has become my favourite thing to do! Thanks Pickles for making me feel so welcome from messaging to book to arriving in person and thanks for an amazing time, everytime."
