"I made an order at 17:30 a.m. for a pick up at 620 a.m. online until the restaurant around 18:25 a.m. waited there until 19:15 a.m. and still not the correct order. this is after the demand for a manager 30 minutes before giving up all hope to get any kind of good customer service from the administration; several of the customers ask for management without anyone coming to help the young very courteous ladies try to go out and sit dunes in customers. this is clearly bad management shows no compassion for all customers. I wish I could give a zero star!"

"I rarely take the time to leave a review but I was completely shocked by the treatment that we received from Amanda (our server) on Sunday afternoon. We arrived just before the NFL games were starting and it was not busy at all with plenty of empty tables throughout. There was a group sitting a couple tables across from us had asked our server (Amanda) to change a tv to a different game and she happily accommodated their request. A few moments later, we realized that nobody was watching the Bengals/Browns game on the TV next to us so we got Amanda 's attention and my friend began to ask, If it 's not a problem and nobody is watching this game... before he could finish, she cut him off and threw her hands up in the just stop position and said All the TVs are set and we can 't change them . She didn 't say it in the nicest way but whatever, we don 't need to be babied so we just shrugged it off. Then about 5 minutes later, the table next to us asked Amanda if she could change a TV for the Vikings game and without even thinking, she shouted at an employee behind the bar and SNAP! changed the TV per their request. Mind you the Vikings game was on about 30 of the 50 TVs in the place so it wasn 't like the table couldn 't see the Vikings game. Nonetheless, Amanda didn 't even let us finish our sentence to see which game we wanted to see but even worse, proceeded to change TVs for other tables before and after we asked. We had just sat down and ordered a round of beers so it wasn 't a case of us doing something that would warrant this poor treatment; for example, being drunk, rude, loud, needy, etc. Needless to say, we finished our beers, paid our tab, and left for A&B Pizza where the service, food, sports, and atmosphere were all 5-star."

"Food and service was really good. My wife had the rib plate and she doesn't normally rave about ribs but these were really good. My food and my sons was also very good. -20 weather yesterday and they had the heat turned up at Famous Daves so even my wife wasn't cold . Only thing I can say bad is when we ordered our drinks we also ordered my sons food he's three and didn't receive it until our food showed up. It just takes him so long to eat."

"I saw the $20 box on TV and decided to give it a try. The nuggets, the chicken, and the fries were all very good, and the biscuits tasted fresh. The only reason that I did not give all 5's is because I could easily tell that the person at the pick-up window did not want to be working."
