"Second time we?ve tried this Hawaiian brothers location. Both times my food has been burned/scorched. This second time the Honolulu chicken was so over done, I didn?t even attempt to finish it. Pretty disappointed, as I was really looking forward to this. They lost our business, won?t be going back. Management reached out to us. Decided to give it another shot. Food was perfectly made, (went inside to order), staff is friendly, and helpful. We have been back"

"I would rate this place a zero if possible. We have eaten in many chipotle restaurants and have never seen anything like this horrible place. First of all it is so filthy and disgusting I can’t believe we even stayed but we were starving! All the tables were dirty and I guess they just expect you to eat on dirty tables because we never saw anyone make an effort to clean them and this was 2:15 pm well after the lunch crowd. Also the drink bar looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or even just wiped down in at least a week. Unfortunately I think this is standard procedure for this place. It was the same first time we went there but we decide to try a second time as we really like chipotle! SAME!! When my husband asked for the manager she was totally rude and completely dissed him by just turning and walking away. Then when he spoke to her in our way out she acted like she didn’t even hear him. Not to mention the fact that chipotle is known for giving good helpings of food and our bowls were lacking especially on chicken and cold and the chips were awful and cold greasy. The guacamole was the only good things. This place is a big negative!!! Don’t waste your time."
