"03/06/22 was the day. about 5 o'clock was the time. kasmeh yaro raat guznini, when I say that this place is the tasty I mean, it is the lick. burgers 10/10. wing 11/10 bro burger was so good I almost did not cap it. the best munch in bolton around a mile. drive all the way from watford just to munch mashys and kasmeh bro man was not disappointed anni that is all I will say. good service. excellent eating. what else you can ask. Bolton fc must be spun by mashys rt."

"We came as a family of 4 on a quiet Thursday evening, we ordered only 2 x milkshakes, 1 x earth beer waffel, 1 x banana split and a coffee, would they not think that they could get this basic order wrong? that they have. at first they brought out objects on their own so that one of our group would drink satt milkshake before all the others arrived, then 5 minutes after my earthly waffel arrived the waitress brought out the same again, I showed her our acknowledgement and said we didn't order two, she just scrub her shoulders and went away, she wore ears in all of us thought then my partner banane split came, he was really excited, still disappointed, she brought him the wrong banane, who had drowned tones and sirup, when everything he wanted was a classic banana split, he didn't want one fuss because he didn't want to wait for another. only to end the terrible service, they brought my hot coffee last, which meant that everyone waited for me when they had finished their eating and shook so that I rushed. £27 was very expensive for what we had. I raised a complaint with a little man who worked there, he apologized, but that was it. it didn't seem to be a lead. would never return. for these prices I would expect a hot drink to be served first and a service with a friendly smile."

"This place never lets you miss the food quality and service. I'm from Bradford to eat here. peri burger, they chips, they chicken strips are always a must try for me. when they are in the environment, they go and try them themselves. you will never be disappointed. 5 stars of me."

"What a beautiful experience. amazingly hot eating, fast service and very polite and professional server. after visiting the kfc in watermeeting road a couple of weeks and getting awful service, slow and my order wrong, it is nice to get such a good experience and great eating.definitely again. Thank you."

"One of the best kfc in bolts. I prefer this one on the other in the bolt. the personal is friendly and never got the job wrong. eating is fresh. very fast. must try. we had chicken twisters seasoned Mayo mealtimes. I hope that will help."

"Rude, rude, rude and absolute waste of time. Was previously a regular customer and ordered something that we order quite often, two large calzones and fries. Waited over an hour for them to arrive and when the order turned it, it was wrong. Delivery guy was very rude and insisted the order was right so I tried to ring the shop. Phoneline was busy and the delivery guy was getting quite aggressive in his tone so I told him to take it back. I continued to ring the shop ratger than just order else where as I am a regular customer and stupidly thought that loyalty meant something. After 30 calls someone finally answered and I was promised that it would be sorted. Rang back an hour and a half later and he had decided not to bother with our reorder. Food is good, but customer service is abysmal!!"
