"We loved this cafe. Arrived in Bonavista to stay for a couple of nights and knew very little about the area. Stumbled on this cafe and was very surprised by the meals and food they produced. We had the homemade fish cakes, which had beans, chow chow and a roll. We loved it and I found it one of the tastiest meals I have had since arriving on the island (after a week of travelling). Staff very friendly and was impressed by the service."

"What a delight! The Best Coffee in the area, combined with exquisite baked goods. Or maybe you want a panini for lunch. So many choices. All home cooked on site and delicious. Today I had a traditional breakfast. They have free WiFi. You can enjoy a brilliant Americano (as I did) and check all your social media while relaxing inside, or outside in their picnic area. They also have comfy lounge chairs outside so you can stare at the sea. OR, You could rent a bike and take one of their picnic baskets and enjoy the day anywhere in the Bonavista area. Bonavista Bicycle Picnics Cafe If you haven't been, you should go. I will definitely be back."

"Stopped in for dinner this evening. A large table was just leaving so it was sort of hectic there. Ordered the Fishermans platter. Piece of battered fish was excellent. Also came with scallops and shrimp, which were both deep fried. Portion was huge. Friendly staff...and quick service."
