"Great experience, eating was well prepared and delicious. server were very good and attentive friendly. mac and cheese with truffle was not saturated with truffle oil and edible. the presentation was good. steak was prepared as desired for the right level. steak was great, but some of the top-end steak houses in nyc and london are tenderer, but it has subtracted a lot from the experience. ribs are very delicate and well prepared, but I prefer a bbq sauce with a little more bit more bite and tea and less sweet, but my preference will not distract from the quiet. in any case worth a visit. make sure to make a reservation as they probably don't get a place as a walk."

"I live in the opposite of this little .. restaurant. bar. caffeineheh. I don't know how to call it, I was visited several times. because I enjoyed the personal. the owner. that's very actiw about his business. ... and also eat. I had a beautiful sirloin steak with a Gorgonzola sauce and a bottle of red wine. the meat was great and the gorgonzola sauce was successful. .. together with the wine. great dinner. ... recently I noticed that they have happy hour on beer. they can have a look."

"We stayed as guests at the Marriott Hotel and were looking forward to eating at this restaurant. Friday night 10th April was relatively quiet approx. 15 diners in total. The decor was uninspired and looked dated. No music so lacked ambience despite nice view over sea. Experience let down by poorly trained waiters (fingers on plate/sauce, no charm/welcome, etc. we felt they all preferred to have the night off. We picked the set menu but what a mistake felt like the food had been prepared in advance by a chef who was catering for the 'coach party crowd ' (tasteless/overcooked . With a bit of passion, a face lift, and cookery skills this restaurant could be so much better... avoid until then..."

"We have been meaning to dine here for sometime based on recommendations. I'm so pleased we've finally been. We ordered the cote de boeuf and it was cooked perfectly to our taste (rare), the sides were plentiful and the sauces delicious. Thank you for a fabmntastic evening Westbourne Grill House. "We were in Poole to visit our family on Christmas Day and chose the Westbourne Grill for our pre Christmas dinner. This was our first visit and we found the hospitality amazing, the comfort and decor so relaxing. However the food was fantastic the steak melted in your mouth and we have never had such a wonderful steak. Desserts to die for!! This restaurant is better than the so called best in London. Well done to the lovely couple who own it and the great staff. We will be back!!"
