"Why does the soup look like this? I think they have a different cook, because I got soup from them before, it was ok. I threw out the soup, I don't like how it looks. I don't think I am going back. I waste my money."

"There was a little issue with my food. I called the store asking to speak with a manager. About 15 minutes later, the manager Maxine called me. She was very nice. She kept apologizing for the error and asked that I come back to the store so she can sort me out. I went in the next day and she gave me another meal, again apologizing for the mistake. The food was very tasty!"

"I ordered something from a different restaurant and that restaurant was so rude to me, and then it made me think of my experience w Caribbean fiesta. The owner drove over to my house to deliver a new order because of a small mistake, and that was so kind and helpful. She didn’t have to do that, but she did and I really appreciated that. Their food is great and they have excelled customer service. Thanks guys!"

"A woman with ombre braids too my order. I asked how many pieces of fried chicken were in the standard value order(3). Her responses were slow and she was not fully present and I felt as if she was almost annoyed that I was the next person in line but she answered the questions. The man before me seemed to be having problems with his order and throughout my duration in line which was approximately 3 mins, I could tell there was a dismissive tone from the cashier and she waskind of toying with him with his order in a sluggish way. When I approached the counter she was smirking in this strange way observing me up and down and plainly it was uncomfortable and I could sense the judgment in my relaxed clothing. Iopened my meal when I got home and had two small pieces of fried chicken accompanying my rice and peas. I've had poor customer service before here but I let it slide because I enjoy the food, but i felt i needed to mention this instance."
