"The sushi here is as predictable as you would find in any chain, and it is fresh and fine. The udon noodle soup was in need of a boost. The only extra chilli available was a powdered concoction containing mainly salt."

"The sushi factory is located near the railway station bentleigh and is a great little Japanese caffe when they want great sushi and authentic Japanese hot dips. I came here to eat with the lunch (face: this day and age, it is either with the takeaway or the house). on the recommendation of my acupuncturer. because the employees professional in white chefs, headwear (most restaurants, they don't do much, how to cover a hair net much less guards) and a beautiful display of sushi, I immediately had good mood over the place. the sushi display cabinet is beautifully presented and has a sortiment at handrolling and packing. I ordered two hand rolls and was very satisfied with the use of good quality ingredients. for a pornstar, I ordered huhn katsu, which made me on the 4 star rating: it was very full, hot and fresh but bland. I don't usually eat a chicken, but katsu from Japanese restaurants is taking off; it has an exquisite Japanese mayonnaise in the regular a toncatsu sauce. together with delicious crocheted outer shell it tastes delicious and nothing like its average chicken breast fillet. but this had no sauce, although was coated in a lot of nice, including wobble."

"Salmon Head is a very cheap sushi restaurant and take away place in Camberwell. It also does light meals. I was impressed with my grilled salmon and scallops on rice for $12. It came with a choice of miso soup or a bottle of water at no extra charge. It is a tiny place with just three small tables (no toilet either) and many take away their sushi (at $2.20 a piece) to eat elsewhere."
