"This Shawarma wrap was pretty good. big bonus was that he had made peace tee available as a drink. only at the bottom he was a bit light on the hot sauce. but the rest of the packaging was good. I also think this daughter is the only person who edits the load. every day. the man needs a hired or two to make a break. they may explain the other review of customer service."

"Sadly the customer service isn't there, you enter the store only to be ignored and not spoken with while they complete online orders. Even a simple be right with you goes a long way. Takes about 15 mins minimum to place an order and another 10 to get it. Store isn't the cleanest either."

"I love this location and am glad that it's 24 hours. There's nothing like working a graveyard shift and being able to get a whopper meal after work. I can't stand breakfast after working all night. Yes, I have to wait sometimes, but at least I know it's fresh. Service is better and friendlier during the week than on the weekend. The younger gentlemen/manager is fantastic, always smiling and positive. Keep up the great work."

"A very busy location. The person on the speaker did an okay job, I had to repeat myself. The guy at the 1st window and on cash did an excellent job, he was very friendly and polite. The girl a the 2nd window was great and very helpful. The food presentation was okay, it all taste good."

"Compared to all other burgers , pricing is cheap and quality also good .Normally you will get burger combo 13$ to 14$ only but here combo is 9.5$ . Cheap quality and taste is good"

"Love the addition of breakfast. Service in the drive-thru was a little slow. The order was correct and food looked and tasted good. The coffee was surprisingly good although I dont care for the cup that it came in. Overall great job Wendy's!"

"Went for lunch with a friend. We both ordered burgers and a can of pop. I was surprised to find the bill came in close to $30. but the food was excellent so I guess it was worth it."

"I don 't eat fast food often, but worked late and knew that dinner was going to take a bit to cook so fast sounded good. I love me some Harvey 's too and I 've been here before. The staff at the drive through was always very friendly and service was good along with the food.This time, I was asked to pull into a spot out of the drive through 'for a couple minutes while they are waiting on the patties '. I entered the restaurant 35 minutes later to see if they even started my order otherwise give me my money back. There were many people waiting more than 30 minutes as well being told that the person on the grill was new. They tried to find my order and had trouble. Then found a bag and said this was it and the guy bringing it out couldn 't find my car. I pointed at it through the window directly in front, spot #2, with my license plate visible and he responded, 'ya he 's new, sorry '. I asked how long it had been sitting there and he said it was fresh as he just came in, which was a lie because I was keeping my eye on the door and my car and no one approached it, unless they went to another parking lot out a back door.Anyway, took the food home and it was not great. Soggy burgers, cold fries. Plus my frings were missing the onion rings!It was obvious it was 30 plus minutes to receive your order, I said you should probably tell people that when they order so they have a choice. Instead they take payment and advise to pull up for 2 minutes and leave you wondering what 's going on 20, 30, 40 minutes later. The response from the manager was 'We are telling people that for the Swiss Chalet food '. Not sure what I 'm supposed to do with that information, but clearly my opinion didn 't make a difference.I 'll still eat Harvey 's, just never returning to this location. When people lie this much, not sure I trust them handling my food. Next time just be honest Team."
