"Just awful service. Placed order online. Went to pick it up at the time it said it would be ready. I was behind a customer who was mad saying its been 35 minutes where is his food. Figured he was just a hot head. I told the girl at the counter my name for pick up. She took my name and walked away. Waited 30 more minutes. So many angry customers waiting and several who had to come back with missing items from take out orders. Workers each told me they are boxing it up right now . Waited 65 min for 3 take out meals and were missing fries. All customers were having the same issue at the time. I get it if the kitchen is backed up but the level of employees who dont care was ridiculous. They were hiding from customers."
