"I used to eat here almost daily about 14 years ago, but man has this place gone downhill. We walked in, the two staff behind the counter did NOT greet us, or acknowledge us, in any way. One of them just stared blankly, never saying a single word. When we inquired about an item on the menu, she still wouldn't even talk to us and just nodded. No smile, no nothing, just a blank nod. Last time we ate there about 6 months ago, the pulled pork was dry, bland, and pretty terrible anyway, but we wanted to give them another chance, but after not even being greeted, smiled at or spoken to, we left. That is NOT good customer service at all. We left and went across to subway."

"We stopped at Fat Boys BBQ tonight. The atmosphere was great! Everything was looked clean. Ruben was super helpful when ordering. The manager, Alice, was our cashier. She was polite and sweet. We were greeted with a smile. We'll be back soon!"
