"I had never been here before and decided to get my girls (9),(11), milkshakes. It was not busy there were two groups of people behind us. We paid and then it took them 20 minutes to make a couple of milkshakes, the work area is open so we could see how slow they were being, I have worked in catering and they were so disorganised. They served both the other customers their food (to eat in) before our milkshakes were done (to go) and all they had to do was blend a bit of milk, ice and sorbet together. I have never seen such bad service in my life, no sign of a manager, I told the chap this is the first and last time, all he said is “I was the only one in the till” no apology, no credit/refund, no accountability."
