"Took my son to Elevens for his Birthday as he is a lover of sport and Gareth Bale. The staff are really friendly, let us take our son upstairs to see all of the memorabilia. Food was well priced and service was excellent. Great time had by all of us. Looking forward to returning soon. Big thank you to the lovely blonde lady that served us : 18 7 23 6pm"

"Had our annual family festive meal here. Wow we were disappointed. The barman/lead's communication skills were diabolical. We arranged to change people's menu choice as they were awaiting pcr test. Details not updated after telephoning ahead and led to wrong meal being offered. The situation could been handled so different. The staff were joking and talking negatively behind the bar about us and another table who were given a refund. The whole thing was a sham. Our food was so hot it burnt the roof our mouth. The chef was very accommodating and tried to resolve our issues but we could not wait to leave"

"Popped in for a drink today and were watching the euro 2020 football, during the game one of the players needed resuscitation and potentially was dying. Staff were asked by multiple people within the pub to turn down the music out of respect to what was being shown. The landlords response to a group of guys that asked was that everyone had had a tough year and multiple people had died and that the rest of the pub needed the music. Was a completely disrespectful comment and action and showed his priority was only money and not people’s well being. The pub was already full and it would not have impacted the patrons in any way to just show some empathy. Instead he proceeded to argue with the group of boys until they left. In a year where lots of people have suffered to show such little empathy was astounding and completely disrespectful. Such a shame this is no longer a brains pub as their standards would never have allowed someone like that to run a pub, what a horrible human being."
