"The food and service are always good . Stop complaining that there are no waitresses anymore. That has nothing to do with the quality of the food.There are only 3 people working at this restaurant every time I go and they have a good attitude. They do their best to get the food out fresh and fast. They were ready to close last night and still let me walk up to the drive- thru and order. The 's were perfect as always"

"To make a long story short, steak and shake have gone downhill, but their prices have risen. they must now order on a tablet (waitresses no longer exist), they fill their own drinks, have to stand up and go on the counter when they call their number that they eat theirs is ready, and they need to clean up their table when they are finished. they have changed how they do! eating was good and greasy as usual, but the service was incredibly slow and it does not seem that the staff is 100% focused on the customers"

"Great food, super super friendly and very accommodating!!!!! I was walking my doggo while waiting for my car repairs to be completed. I phoned them to place an order and explained I couldn't come inside to pick up my order due to having my dog with me. They offered to bring it out to their patio for me!!! Can't say it enough.... Super super friendly!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! THANK YOU!!!!"
