"3 times now we ask for extra sauce and there's never any more sauce on it than a regular pizza. It even seems like they put less sauce when you ask for extra."

"Literally closes whenever. Doesn't update signage outside the store. Leaves the sign on and door unlocked and refuses service. This is great for customers travelling through townEdit: Reply to owner;I'm disappointed that you denied my review. I visited your establishment Friday Dec 22 an hour before your listed close and was refused service. I wasnt offered chips, cookies or drinks. I was told they were out of bread and as such could do nothing for me. The employee was already walking into the back by the time they even put out the words. You are closed if you won't sell a customer your product. I would have taken a drink a bag of chips or a cookie over nothing. Thank you for not looking into the situation before invalidating a customers experience.To my understanding subway also sells salads soups chips cookies and drinks, no?"

"Our waitress was service mentally, engaged and helpful. it was the birthday of our sohne and she let me pick up a piece of delicious cake and brought it to the table, with whipped cream and one lit candle, with three other server singing hbd to him! he was so enthusiastic! our food and desserts were very good and the atmosphere was very eclectic that they had a large group area, as well as cozy stands and smaller tables. it was our first time there, but we would go back to the future in chelmsford!"

"Elderly manager forces you to pull forward in an empty drive thru so your food can sit under a heat lamp for 10 minutes while she chats with staff, explanation afterwards was “takes time to cook” worked at this location myself for 2 years and know reg meat takes 30 seconds to cook, so nice try, very rude when asked questions, should be retrained on PR."
