"Pretty sure this is the first time I’ve given a fast food restaurant 5 stars, and 95% of the reason is because the woman managing on Friday was THE BEST. She kept the line moving, greeted every guest, treated everyone with respect, gently coached her team to deliver quality results and superior service. Job well done! The food is fresh and tasty. Definitely recommend this location."

"Very authentic Italian eating. warm, cozy and welcoming atmosphere. the service was great, and even the server were authentic Italian! my friend and I had a great stand, but no place in the house is bad. many window-side seating. the service was fast, weinliste was good. the only part was to ask what were articles, like everything in Italian, but the servers are passionate about their food and are thrilled to explain. waterglass was always full. very attentive. eating was very fresh, pasta hand made. I can't say enough about this place!"

"This place has good food that’s relatively healthy. However the portions are very very small. The meat portion is half the size of a regular portion at any other Mediterranean spot. This is the only place where you can buy a chicken bowl $9) and lentil soup $5) and feel hungry after. Today I received half a portion of the normally small rice scoop and about a half portion of meat. Last time I will be back!Go to Roti, Naf Naf, IDOF, Taza or really any other place instead!"

"Love this place. Solid go-to falafel and shwarma spot in West Town. We order from here atleast 2x month. The sandwiches are a great size, juicy, and people are so kind. They’ve also catered for us on a couple occasions. You can’t go wrong here."

"I went to Roti because it had a half way decent view and it was the closest place to my hotel(hint, I can be very lazy . I was pleasantly surprised based on the review listed already(it was only like a 3 . I got the Falafel in a Pita bread, and they made the falafel for me while I waited. It was delicious. They let me put as many veggies as I wanted on it and the falafel was well made. It kind of had the same feel as something like Crazy Bowls and Wraps(where I love to get beans on rice : Overall it was a pleasant and timely experience."
