"It was great while it lasted the best staff the best ice cream the best brownies all busted me out of my skinny jeans! Oh well let's hear it for spandex! Okay will you settle for sweats? I love going there and staining my shirts with chocolate! Nobody ever called me at tweaker! Thank goodness there are other choices that Stone Cold will be missed in Chico forever."

"Ordered this cake for a birthday. Wasn't ready when I went to pick up, had to wait 40 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready just to be told that no one knows how to write on cakes. Then after another 10 minutes they bring this out and ring me up for 35$. The picture speaks for itself."

"Very disappointed. Its NOT clean. I ordered a birthday cake. When I went to pick it up I noticed that the counters above ice cream bins (decorated with a string of Christmas tinsel) was dirty.....old smudges of ice cream all along the counter that probably hasn't been cleaned in at least a day. Who us managing this? Absentee owner? Wheres the health department? When I mentioned NICELY this to the young lady who was helping me she looked me straight in the eye and said that's not my responsibility but she would tell whoever it was.... I wondered how safe the birthday cake for my grandson was for his friends to eat! Btw, I specifically ordered a cake for a teenager . I got a cake decorated for a much younger kid. The Person taking the order on the phone was very nice and helpful. The person when I picked up the cake had an argumentative attitude and was NOT friendly. Who is training these people? Place was NOT clean. Will NOT go back. How is this still in business?."

"Had a resses layerd Sunda it was very good. It's been along time since I've been to baskin robbins. I remember there being a larger selection of flavors and also a large variety of toppings. They didn't seem to have much of either. What I ordered was correct and quick."
