"The first and last time I delivered my pizza from here. that is the exact reason why papa john’s is my choice for pizza delivery. I put my order a little after 7At 7:34 they told me my pizza was prepared at 8:52 I called the load because my order never went into the many. she said they were on the road and my pizza is not going in until the driver is on the way back into the load. Now I can understand, and I was grateful. at 9:07 my pizza was on the way around 10:05 my pizza has not yet come into my house. When the driver finally arrived on the 1010, he said he didn't know how to get here. I am just 2 miles from dominos a soldier can run 2 miles in 20 minutes, so does it take a delivery in an car over an hour?"

"We placed an order last Thursday when they were doing the 50% off menu items if you ordered online. The pizzas were ready when we went to pick them up but the workmanship was just bad. It looked bad and it wasn't sliced the way it was supposed to be. Definitely a rush job. You get what you pay for, I guess."

"I called my order in at 10:20 pm. I was told that my pizza would be done at 10:40 pm. I received a phone call at 10:41 pm and stated that I was on the way. I arrived at the restaurant by 10:55 pm. As I?m walking in i wasn?t greeted. The guy behind the register seemed rather irritated and asked was I pick up. I stated yes and he responded by saying can you hurry up and pay so we can close... ?? The way I wanted to retaliate would?ve gotten me a label slapped on my head. The business woman in me told him that his response to me was super unprofessional and being a small business owner closing time is at 11:00 pm. You don?t rush your guest no matter. The hand gestures was the icing on the cake. His colleague then tried to tell me that they were closing and needed to count the register. Okay me as a paying customer should never feel rushed. Any establishment I?ve ever worked at we never rushed our guests. If closing time is 11:00 pm expect to leave at 11:30. They were out of this establishment by 11:09 pm and was chit chatting and smoked a cigarette before leaving. The only reason I didn?t give them a one star is because I enjoy Ledo?s Pizza and I know how a one star can impact a business. Being a small business owner and being an employee for other establishment this was unacceptable. The way these establishments in Maryland treat their paying customers is out of this world. We have to demand better. I spent $22.00 on a pizza don?t make me regret it. I hope you all improve your customer service at this location. If not I guess I will have to continue to bring my hard earned dollar to Virginia."

"I don't think I've ever had a better slice of pizza in my entire life, and their steak and cheese subs are solid too. Eddie is a decent guy and his food is amazing. You'd be doing yourself a disservice by going for a slice anywhere else."
