"After having a poor experience at another restaurant earlier in the evening we decided to return back to our motel when we saw, stop and called in to the Element Bar to see if we could get a dessert. We were welcomed by an energetic young lady and we took up residence on the large sofa. The service, desserts, drinks & coffee were great and on seeing the other patrons meals being delivered around us we knew this is where we should have had our dinner and the musician made it a very comfortable rest of the evening, well done guys."

"We had a large party of for a family New Years Eve lunch. The staff member handling the phone call was very helpful and organised a long table separated from others, fairly close to the bar but with lovely views out to the sea...and Muttonbird Island. Our food was all delivered in a reasonable time, and within minutes of first to last. That’s impressive! The kids had junior meals and enjoyed them. Adults had a variety of food, and everyone dined well. My calamari was cooked to perfection and my husband’s seafood basket was delicious and a hearty serve. Prices were typical surf club/ pub prices but the food was better than many from similar venues. It was a lovely way to spend lunch together without the fuss of cooking or cleaning up!"
