"Edelweiss was one that I looked forward to dining at, and needless to say my wife, son and myself were very pleased with the restaurant.The staff was courteous and professional and very attentive. The menu was challenging, lots of good entries. Once we had ordered, and our food was tabled we enjoyed a great meal. I knew I would put Edelweiss on our agenda for the next time we visited The Springs. THE FOOD IS EXQUISITE. I highly recommend Edelweiss."

"The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is cozy and the food was good. We went to breakfast on Sunday morning at 8:15. There was a minimal line. The house mix coffee was delicious and the food was ready in a short time."

"We were treated by some very generous friends to this amazing place. Service was wonderful, the restaurant was clean and the food was amazing. From salad to steak it was the best I ever had. I can't stop thinking about it. I'm moving away from Colorado, but if I wasn't, that would be my birthday request every year."

"Today, the CO Springs Summer Vegan Market was at Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center at Colorado College. While we had lunch at TASTE. I think the menu choices have been changed to the vegan amount that was there. We ordered a vegan curry dish and a vegan fruit gazpacho soup. The curry dish was delicious, but the curry sauce was a little pasty dry when mixed in rice and other ingredients. I would have preferred it a little politely. It was salty for me too. The fruit gazpacho was excellent. The terrace view is absolutely wonderful and very spacious. Our waiter was excellent and very friendly with all the others who worked there. The menu also has some other interesting ways to try."
