"I love carls, but sometimes the microphone does not work, and communication is difficult. the up-sale application then causes a simple order to be a long extended nightmare. they ask themselves, they are angry because I have no more orders they ask you again and again: do you want something more? and it never stops. Carls eating is the best notch. but their TV ads are sad, and their service is really terrible through their own up-sale program. it shows respect for the customer and it doesn't matter to them. So I'm going to other burgers more often. carl listens to their customers for the first time. Stop shaking her like a Hollywood cult religion. five young, fat burger, wendys and even del taco make great burger. do not forget in-and-out. they need a time."

"This place is is fantastic. I got Huaraches de Cesina, Consume con Carne de Barbacoa, Taco de Barbacoa, with Salsa de Mole. Everything was great. Someone let me try their beef soup and I was blown away. I highly recommend the Barbacoa and Consome. Word is they have bands on the weekend. I will be coming back here; delightful food and atmosphere."

"Stopped by today n the manager.was supper rude today. She refused to give us her name. Did not process our order as requested. We work down the block n if she going to be there we will not be going back. Total lack of respect towards customers. Very rude. Other employees were afraid to give us her name n when asked she stated she would not give us her name n she was not wearing a name tag. Totally advise againt going thier. Not worth the headache."
