"Went to the restaurant for my birthday and I can honestly say this was quite possibly the best steak I have ever eaten. Cannot fault the service or the food from start to finish a delightful experience in a quality restaurant. We will 100% be returning very soon."

"This visit was a let down to previous visits. It wasn't busy but there were a lot of tables that hadn't been cleared. We had to move 3 times before we found a table and area that had been cleaned properly. The main food arrived after a small delay and was edible but when my dessert (crumble) arrived it had a weird burnt smoky taste even though it didn't look burnt. I was going to mention it to staff but two other people were already complaining about their food so left it. I am hoping it was a one off as I have never had a problem there before."

"Cute little breakfast and brunch spot. Very urban/retro with great cakes. Very comfortable sofa chairs to sit in. A great place to come and do some work with coffee and a cake. There are seats outside also. Free tea pot refills too!"

"We visited on 13th December 2019 for our work’s Christmas lunch. The service was very good and the food was delicious . All the staff were very helpful, in particular, Hope, who was our waitress. I definitely recommend this restaurant."

"Have been here on many occasions over the years and had a good experience with both the food and service. Today arrived and got taken to a table behind the toilets which I explained I had not booked two months in advance and traveled twenty three miles to sit there only fifteen minutes after they had opened and only one other table taken. The meals chosen came just warm which was the only thing that was as we had to keep our winter coats on like others around us did. The service was very slow and after two hours for just two courses we left feeling was it worth it. NO"
