"Tried this restaurant after having seen it on local tv show TV MaitreD. On the show it looked cute, it was in a nice shopping plaza and who doesn?t like Italian good? We were the first customers when it opened at 4:30. Place was cute and very clean. Onlyone other table was taken and two people ate at the counter while we were there and to us that was a popular time 5:00 on aSaturday to go out to eat. No bread served or offered to us but we saw the couple at the counter having bread. Chicken Parmaverage portion and decently priced. When my husband stirred this sauce and pasta there was water at the bottom of the pasta. Iordered mushroom and spinach risotto topped with shrimp. The waitress said it was served with a sesame sauce on top and offeredit in the side. It was ok but could have done without the sauce. They did serve 6 large shrimp that were perfectly cooked. I?venever had risotto served so quickly?. When it came out it was more watery than creamy and taste was so so. We were disappointedbecause we?ve eaten at their Johnston location and were satisfied. There are way too many good restaurants in RI especiallyItalian) for us to ever go back here."

"I needed cookies for my son's wedding in September and I was NOT disappointed. Elaine was so helpful and Mel fell over. They even tied the cellophane at the top with their wedding colors. When I asked for them, they even gave me a pound of Italian cookies for free so I could try. My son and daughter in the law had a treasure table and Mel made one for them. Yes, I highly recommend it."
