"I went there to meet a date and talk. The background music was fairly loud so we went outside and that was pleasant. My chop hamburger was just excellent although for $12 it seems like they could have put a few tater tots or fries with it. It looked pretty lonely sitting there in the basket and I was still hungry when I finished. I do recommend it for the good food; not so much for the ambiance."

"I ate at the Paramount in Nov. 2007 and ordered a tuna steak salad with seared tuna. I was apprehensive when the salad arrived as it was clearly a frozen tuna steak that had been thawed and seared. After eating it, I got very sick with food poisoning with 102 degree temperature. I was brave enough to go back a few days ago but steered clear of the tuna salad and opted for a veggie wrap. Again...I experienced the same symptoms and several of my coworkers who had salads also got sick. Stay away from this place!"

"We finally made it! During our visit, we checked out the Garden as well as the inside bar.The Garden is open seasonally and sits above the main bar and dining area on a mid sized patio. The cocktails available in the Garden are like nothing you will find inside they are more focused on classics that pair nicely with a hot day. While seemingly simple, these classics are very well made. This space can be rather popular, and you cannot make reservations. If you want to ensure you can make it up for a drink (and vibes), get there early (or be a little patient).We then transitioned to the inside bar to dive into the true Denver D&C menu. Unfortunately, we only had time for one drink before we needed to head off to dinner. However, the Money Tree was everything I needed in a drink at that moment, and I'm still thinking about it over a month later.For first timers, the menu is expansive, organized thematically. Take your time perusing what's available, and if in doubt, talk to one of the bartenders who can help guide you to some drinks that speak to your palate.A pro tip we learned during our visit is that guests staying at the adjoining hotel are able to make reservations for the bar. That might be enough to sway us to consider staying over here in RiNo the next time we find ourselves in Denver."

"Absolutely outstanding! Let’s start with our server! She was amazing! Pleasant, attentive, told us where to go and what to do (we traveled in from outdo state). Next, the food! Oh my gosh it felt like we were back in Italy. The quality, creativeness, flavor combos, execution all shined bright in every dish! Wish we had more time to dine here again before leaving."
