"We ordered vegetarian omelettes, we were given bacon and sausages, we ordered fettuccine carbonara, we were told there was no fettuccine pasta, would we mind penne, we ordered a bottle of sparking water, we were given a very small bottle (less than 330 ml) and were charged $4, we were then charged a service fee which we were not told about by the staff. Yes, there is sign at the counter inside about the fee, but that doesn't help when you're sitting outside and the waitress takes your card to go inside and pay. Over all, poor service, lousy food, but the coffee was good! Given the number of other good coffee shops in the area, don't bother with this one."

"They make their gf pizzateig from scratch with an Italian gf flour mix. it is probably one of if not the best gf pizza bases I had in melbourne, hang down. it is made so important in a common kitchen, however, to be aware of it when they are a zöliakie, as I am not sure if they have a separate gf preparation area. I haven't had any reaction after eating here. it can be loud and is very popular with locals, so book them before the peaks!"

"Although it is a local pizza shop, the pizza is always good. we never had a bad pizza. while we are pulled out of the opposite, we still go back to the pizzas we really like and the owner still...recognizes us, even though we haven't been long ago. the only side gets a parking space. we go together in the regular, while one of us sits in the car and the other goes into the load to get the pizza. but it is worth"

"Not much style here but the pizzas and the dishes baked in the oven are tasty and well-presented. The wait staff are both knowledgeable and helpful. The wine list is OK, but I was very pleased to see a Tar and Roses wine on the list."

"New to the area so currently searching for a good pizza place. We tried 'The Works ' pizza. Crust was nice and thin, cooked perfectly. There was just the right amount of toppings on there. Definitely a contender to be our regular pizza joint."

"Went here tonight with my mother and eight month old son after seeing it advertised in my facebook feed. Family friendly with a high chair, excellent calamari starter and a wonderful pizza base. Toppings were nice and of decent quality. Could of done with a touch of seasoning. We will certainly return. Good to know they are BYO for the future also."
