"Second they carry our order from here, as near dura street. 18 godfather (crisis speck, homemade meat balls, pfefferoni and ham and a part of 6 fresh wings (hot all foods were freshly made, tasty and piping hot. luvly supplier, came to deliver within 30 minutes. (60 minutes given at ordering, but expect if busy could be an hour. will be reused. recommend them try here."

"Really disappointed in this place. Heard good reviews and decided to give it a go. Ordered for collection and was told to collect in 20 mins time. Hubby went to collect our food and was still waiting inside the place after an hour. The food wasn't even prepped when he went in!! He's too polite to say anything at the time. This service is simply not good enough. If you are going to have customers waiting that length of time or there is not enough staff then do not accept order's!! The food was mediocre, very disappointed, will not be back."

"So this evening my wife's out,so myself and 3 year old daughter thought we'd tried Papa John's,the boy I spoke to order was really nice,and the delivery driver was also pleasant,says sorry for the hour so wait,all excited opened the box to discover my bbq base pizza was tomato,so called store and spoke to manager never once says sorry and spoke like it was my fault l,I did make a cheeky comment on the lack of chicken he told me they use a measuring cup,but there is no way you'd send a pizza out looking like that,So after I says can you put a side in for the mix up as me and my daughter were starving by then he says no you can get a new pizza and that's it so he hung up,straight away went down in the car,was greeted by the rude man I had been speaking to,he told me it would be another 20 minutes as they were busy,customer service was disgusting,would never use them again,experience ruined!Dundee Arbroath Rd Branch"
