"The Suites are nice and spacious, the hotel looks very modern. We had an inconvenience with our reservation (corner suite) had to cancel and reserved again (corner suite wasn’t an option available) at the time of check in Jerald was so kind OMG always with a smile , great customer service he was able to accommodate us and upgrade us to a corner suite as our first reservation, he was so helpful made everything way easier, he really made my day way better. Live music at the Lobby Friday was really a plus And very entertaining,We had an inconvenience with our dry cleaning services and our Anniversary Dinner reservation was cancelled and all I can say Bryan went above and beyond and arrange an amazing dinner for us , he really made our Anniversary Dinner very special. I have to Give thumbs up to Gerald and Bryan without them we wouldn’t have enjoyed our stay the way we did !!!Thank you guys!Rooms: Very spacious and modernNearby activities: Nearby places to choose fromFood drinks: Great food and drinks"

"Loved my stay!!!! I went down to grab some appetizers last night and Joyce W. was very friendly and helpful. She showed me where all the food and drinks we're located and helped me find the plates! In the morning when I left out for work, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary smoothie in the lobby! Joe M. (who was making smoothies) was super friendly and even wen't out of his way to grab me a coffee, when I noticed there was no more coffee there. My room was clean, and the hotel was beautifully renovated. I will return!!!"

"This Hyatt is beautiful and is up to par with the Hyatt Regency hotel brand. Situated in a mixed suburban and business section of Atlanta, the Hyatt Place Atlanta Perimeter Center is perfect if you are looking for more of a quiet retreat away from the major Atlanta metropolitan area. The grounds are beautiful around the hotel property. There is ample amount of trees to the rear of the hotel and the front area is situated on a quiet street that is maintained very well. The parking garage was also quite clean for a parking garage and the parking spaces were large enough to accommodate full size SUVs. Note that parking is $14 per night. Inside the hotel, the property is also quite immaculate. The lobby area is fairly modern and clean with large open space with very tall cathedral like ceilings. Checking in was fairly easy though the front desk couldn't find my reservation until I showed him my online check in. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms were fairly standard but again clean and somewhat updated. The television screen is massive and a mini-refrigerator is also included in the room although there is no small freezer section. There is a desk space and a sitting area as well. If you are on the 3rd floor, you are on the same level as the pool area. A southwest facing room will have you facing the pool area. This hotel is also pet-friendly with no weight restrictions. The pet fee is also decent at $75. There is an ample amount of grass around the area so no need to walk fido far so that they can relieve themselves. There is a restaurant and bar attached to the property although I did not get the chance to experience it."

"Location is the only thing they have going for them. Rooms are outdated. AC doesn 't work. We had to move to another room.Service was horrible. Staff was very unskilled and unprofessional. Example, when you come back to the hotel, the front desk people will say welcome back , but in a lazy tone and without even looking up. Yeah, they mean it.The free breakfast is horrible. Not worth the price. The lounge ... It 's supposed to be a Marriott thing for gold/elite members. All they had was Doritos and Chips. That is, if you 're lucky enough to catch them right after they stock it up in a small bin. People go in there to get a water and leave. Nobody lounges in that place. It 's a disgrace.Noteworthy details: They only clean rooms every 3or4 days. Zero service."
