"You have a new kiosk system, then they call your number and you come get it from a counter. They largely ignore you and do not interact with customers. You don't seem to be as interested as they did before. I found a piece of plastic in my basket under my pommes. I almost ate it if I didn't look down I would have, they pretended they never saw a piece of plastic, and went away and said nothing more. Had to ask for a replacement frit, was not offered. Personally, I don't care about the new way they have Steak and Shakes Setup in Edwardsville. You were on the cheaper side now. Masks are not required by customers, but employees still wear them. The kiosk is very confusing if you haven't used it yet, ask for help before you get a massive order. Eat well!"

"I order food for my patients all the time but will never return.I ordered cheese curds in the Drive-Thru just for them to be frozen on top half of the box and cooked on the bottom. Upon return the kid approached me and said was it not enough in the box? I requested a refund. The kid debated with me about refunding my money. After refunding my money he practically threw the money in my hand dropping change on the counter. I requested a manager. He proceeded towards the back of the store throwing out some of the frozen curds. The person that came to the front says that she would talk to him. When I asked was she a manager she said no. This is how places start out well and lose revenue."
