"Service was appalling. No one even came to take our order we had to do it ourselves online. We are waiting for the bill as I type this as we have requested to cancel drinks we ordered over half an hour ago an didn’t receive. Been waiting for 15 minutes for the bill. No one has asked how our food was or anything. People asking if they can order food. Wayne service manager was not welcoming at all. Didn’t ask if we was enjoying our food. Barking orders at a young girl. Absolutely appalling service all round. Feel sorry for the young girl working as she was getting pushed to take angry customers orders."

"We had some vouchers so decided to eat here before a cinema trip. Positives: the staff were friendly, the pizzas were lovely. Negatives: the pasta dishes were awful! Watery, tasteless and overpriced. We remembered why we don't visit these chain restaurants..."

"I love the environment in this special read iguanas and I know that many workers are vegan, which is soothing, but the vegan options are a little luster and I would probably just really suggest to give iguanas a jump if they just want to try to switch something new they have in the regular some good offers, though!"
