"I normally receive great customer service. On this day I sat in my car and watched orders being brought out to customers, even ones who ordered after me. After flagging down an employee and asking about my order he goes in, grabs it, and starts to walk away. I had to remind him I had ordered a 2 liter to which I got a blank stare. Not the attention to orders I normally see from this location."

"The food was good, the service was not. Even though the food was good, we didn't get what we ordered, it took a long time for someone to acknowledge we were even there, take our order, or bring the food. We had to eventually ask for our checks. I tried to be forgiving cause I know everything sucks right now, but we didn't come during the normal lunch rush and all we ordered was the special. Just a rough trip for a place I had high hopes for."
