"I have been here on numerous occasions and noticed the service start to go downhill but this time was the decider that i wouldnt go back. Chef was excellent wait staff just make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome we did not receive one smile! We asked to order drinks and were just ignored then 15 mins later come back to order drinks, the most annoying was receiving our dessert without cutlery! The ice cream melted all over the crepe by the time we received cutlery even the chef appeared a little frustrated. We spent 415 on food and drink and the service was appalling! For that price your better off going to Shiki but honestly i get better service at sushi bay!"
