"Excellent brewery in Fort Collins! Cool building, interior layout, outdoor space with a fireplace, and the selection of beers was impressive. I chose the Cutthroat Porter, I typically go with a heavy beer. Would have been nice to also see a brown ale on the list, maybe another time. The porter was smooth and mellow. If it wasn't lunch I may have had another. I was interested in the Easy Tiger Ginger Pale Ale and the 90 Schilling Flagship Ale. The reason we decided to go for a visit was the Momos food truck was there and did not disappoint! Great combo of beer and momo. This brewery is popular for good reason and I love that they bring the food trucks in for customers. I will be back, especially for the beer and Momos!"
