"I'm giving this a 5 start the customer service what's good and speedy, but when you order chips and queso And your bag of chips is 80% crumbs it makes it difficult to eat your chips in queso. I love qdoba and I'll keep coming but that part was frustrating."

"Any time I'm in town on Tuesday or Thursday I stop in for the tacos and horchata. Friendly staff, always fast for takeout. Legitimately the only restaurant I will seriously miss after I move. The recent remodel is great as well. Remember to get both green and red sauce for the tacos! Thanks for all the great food guys."

"-WARNING SUPER LONG KAREN RANT- I’m so frustrated with how this chipotle runs now. When I first moved here it was perfect. Now recently I ordered a bowl with no dairy or chicken in it, just guacamole , sofritas, rice, salsa verde, and black beans. What do I get when I open my order at home? Chicken and sour cream on top of my order. I’m vegetarian so I couldn’t eat any of it. Shame on me for not checking the bowl I guess (yes it was the right order I picked up) also I understand the avocado shortage being in effect as of right now and the online app did say it was out of stock. But yesterday the app said it was back in stock so I decided to order and my boyfriend picked it up for me (without really checking, bad on our part but we shouldn’t have to check in the first place) and there was still no guacamole and we were STILL charged for it. Also if the restaurant is out of Mexican coke that does NOT MEAN I WANT A MEXICAN SPRITE… Just refund my drink and I’ll be on my merry way. Also not being able to get an actual human on the phone is infuriating, and when you finally do get the robot to connect you to a human nobody answers."

"We had a pretty great experience at about 1:30 PM on a Thursday. The restraunt was pretty empty. The food was great. Service was acceptable, though we waited for quite a while for the bill. I will definitely return!"

"We used to eat DON TACO like once a week. I could pull bank statements. Lol. We quit eating there so much when my order kept getting messed up. Tonight I decided to give it a go again. This is the THIRD time they have forgotten the chicken on my nachos. Not just skimped. But there is not a single piece of meat. Tonight was the first time I called to tell them. Hoping I could run down there and have it corrected before I have to pick up Broderick. Nope. They are not allowed to correct their mistakes without a manager present. And she's not in until tomorrow. Absolute bullshit. He offers to call his manager and says he'll call me back. She says I can have a half portion of the chicken because they can't prove that I didn't pick any out. Seriously!?! Now you've taken my money and not given my what I paid for AND I'm lying?!? So guess who's going in tomorrow morning to meet this manager with a full plate of nachos that she can dig through herself as well as my bank statements showing how often we've given them our business. I'm beyond pissed.In case you're wondering why they don't have reviews on their Facebook or allow customer posts. lol."
