"We were seated right away, received initial drink order and placed an order for appetizers, the server did not come back. We had to go up and get our own straws from the bar. We asked another server if she could get our waitress as we had been there 45 minutes and had not received our appetizers and were completely out if drinks. She said she would be with us. We saw our server at the bar having conversations with other customers and tending the bar. We waved at her she saw us and ignored us. The manager finally came to our table as we requested another server. He told us she never put in our order. We wanted to leave. He said he would get our appetizers. An hour after being seated they brought the apps. A pretzel and wurst. Nothing impressive. We just asked for the check which they had billed us for the full meal. They took off what we never received and we paid and left. We saw three other tables leave frustrated without eating either. The only reason they got another star was because the manager did try but did not comp not even the pretzel for inconvenience and horrendous service. Or original server did not seem like she cared about the tables she was waiting on, only the bar. I felt terrible because this was for my husband on father's day and they ruined his dinner. We got take out at Hard Eight where we should have gone in the first place. So much for trying someplace new. I will never return and will not be surprised if they are out of business soon."

"Sadly, we heard heard great things and saw great reviews before we went for our anniversary celebration. Tournedos were undercooked/raw for medium temperature we requested. Both this and the blackberry filet were covered in very very very salty seasoning. The blackberry was almost unrecognizable but helped cover the saltiness. The asparagus was barely blanched, definitely not cooked. Service was great. Owner and staff really worked hard to make it right but we won't be coming back."

"Food was fantastic! I came with a group of 4, Friday night, not too crowded even at 7. I had 2 White cosmos which were delicious, char-broiled oysters and the fried green tomatoes were to die for! Gumbo was pretty good and I also had the BBQ Shrimp and Grits for my entrée which was great. Only compliant was Service was extremely slow. Our server would disappear for 15 minutes at a time and just wasn't very attentive and it was not busy at all."

"Came during lunch rush. Never have I been to a chipotle that was clean, fast, and had everything ready/available until today! This team works very well together and the line went by quickly. "This is my second time eating their food. I really enjoyed the goat, but I wish the stewed chicken was on the menu instead of only catered! It was so good. Overall, good food and so happy they're in Frisco near me because there aren't enough good ethnic and POC places to eat. I need spices and seasoning and Gidi's does it for me. ??"
