"After attending a conference where the founder spoke about service I was ready to try my first Shake Shack . It was not good. After getting our first text about how they would let us know when our food was ready, we waited and waited. No text came. I finally got up to check l on things and there was our food just sitting on the side of the counter. It was cold and I told the employee and he just shrugged and turned away. I don't think I will eat there again, unless it's just to get a shake."

"1st experience with Cap City's Gluten Free offerings. Kaitlyn (Gahanna) was the bomb. She clearly needs a raise or promotion to head trainer. She made my experience great. She was friendly, asked about my day and was engaged the entire time. The food? Perfect in every way. Separate fryers and gf rolls topped with a cinnamon sugar? "
